I don't ever leave reviews, but these folks are so worthy of 5 stars I couldn't resist this post. We shopped every store in a 100 mile radius of our house for a perfect hot tub coupled with great service, and were completely at odds until we arrived at Luther Stem. Hands-down the most knowledgeable staff we met during our search. Dannie was the best, and answered every question we had, and we had many! There was no doubt we had found the company we wanted to work with, and we purchased a Harmonic tub the next day. And delivery? Totally professional. Delivered and installed TWO DAYS later. You won't get that from any of the big chain stores. I promise. Thanks so much you all!

Fast service, helpful technicians! We have now had Luther Stem install a new liner for our pool after it floated and became a terrible eyesore. They have also serviced/repaired our pool pump and sump pump. They respond quickly and are so informative. Derick was very helpful and full of good information. Highly recommend!

I had my water tested and bought a container of Total Alkalinity Increaser for my spa. Ashton was the employee that helped me. She was extremely friendly and very helpful. She is usually the one that helps me each time I come in and she’s a wonderful person to work with and she explains everything thoroughly.

Needed a filter for my hot tub and they didn’t carry it but the young lady helped me find it on my phone and saved in cart for me so I could come home and verify some info before ordering. Every educated on pools and supplies and how we overpaid by purchasing from the other pool company in the local area . overcharging for a deck that goes with the pool for $4000 when the guy they use only chargers $850 . I noticed while when I returned from being out of country for three weeks that my pool was almost empty when it was full when I left. Being Keene of mind quickly reasoned that I must have a leek. I contacted the Luther Stem Pools who had installed the pool app 50 years ago and the responded with great speed and diagnosis of my problem. Within two days they were able to make the repair and keep the cost minimal. Expedient, courteous, and thrifty. Hard combinations to beat.

We have been doing business with Luther Stem pools for the last 20 years. Although they did not install our liner pool, ( at that time they were only installing concrete pools) We have always preferred going to them for any troubleshooting on the maintenance of our pool. Recently, our liner slipped causing wrinkles in the pool. We were given a bid of $800. for the repair by another company. We also found it difficult to get calls back from some company’s. We stopped in at Luther hoping they could help and we’re pleased to find they are installing and repairing liner pools, They traveled to Booneville, making two trips for repairs and picked up equipment. He was honest about the ease of the repair and efficient at his work. We were surprised that cost was less than half the previous bid. If you need anything related to pools call Luther Stem.

I have had 3 Luther Stem pools and all 3 have been AMAZING pools!!! I have had my pools serviced by another company because I was told pool service by Luther Stem was expensive. This summer (2024) I switched to Luther Stem for weekly service. Not only are they 1/3 of what I had been paying for weekly upkeep, but also, everyone has been incredibly responsive and helpful!! Madison Stem and Katy Weible respond to text, phone, and email request immediately!! FIRST CLASS pools and FIRST CLASS SERVICE for years and years - none better in Arkansas (or Oklahoma where I have had other in-ground pools).
